VoipMemory
Your VoIP calls, transcribed and served to your AI over MCP
Claude and ChatGPT can't see your phone calls — VoipMemory is the bridge. It fetches the recordings your phone system already makes (RingCentral today, more voted in by demand), transcribes them with real speaker labels, files forwarded/BCC'd email alongside, and serves it all as one timeline per contact over MCP. Your AI briefs you before every call. Not a meeting bot — it's for the phone system itself. Audio never stored, never used for training, export any time. First month $2.
Hi PH — I'm Dan, a small-business owner in the UK. I built VoipMemory because my AI could draft anything but knew nothing about the phone calls that actually run my business.
It connects to your phone system (RingCentral today), pulls the recordings you already make, transcribes them with speaker labels, and files them — with any email you forward or BCC — into one timeline per person. Paste one MCP URL into Claude or ChatGPT and it walks into every conversation briefed: "What did I promise Sarah?" "Who's gone quiet on me?"
Privacy was the design constraint: audio is transcribed in memory and never stored, nothing trains any model, export and delete are one click each.
First month is $2 — questions and brutal feedback very welcome.

Who hunted VoipMemory?
VoipMemory was hunted by Daniel Brummitt. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
