I built VoiceFlow while preparing a talk for a local startup event.
I recorded myself and couldn't get past 20 seconds without cringing
at how many times I said "o sea" and "literalmente."
Speech coaches in Madrid charge €80–150/hour. The apps I found either
required a subscription, only worked on desktop, or gave feedback so
generic it was useless.
So I built the thing I wanted: open browser, hit record, get honest
numbers. No account, no paywall.
Three months of daily 5-minute sessions later, my filler rate went
from 11 to 2 per minute.
