VoiceCommander 2.0
Offline voice control for Windows. No cloud, full control.
VoiceCommander 2.0 is a fully offline voice control system for Windows. No cloud, no data sent anywhere. Everything runs locally using Whisper for speech recognition. You can open apps, control the system, and use voice-to-text with simple commands. Multilingual and easy to use: just extract and run. Built for privacy, speed, and full control.
I built this because I was tired of cloud-based voice assistants sending data everywhere.
I wanted something simple, fast, and fully under my control: no servers, no APIs, no tracking.
VoiceCommander 2.0 runs entirely on your PC using local models (Whisper), and lets you control your system with voice in a practical way.
It’s not meant to be fancy — it’s meant to work.
