Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Drew, the maker of VoiceTalker.AI.
Why I built it: I kept losing hours to recording narration: retakes, stumbles, re-recording one line because I misread a word. VoiceTalker started as a teleprompter tab inside an internal tool we used for scripted videos (ScreenTalker - Coming Soon). It worked so well we turned it into its own product.
The problem it solves: getting a finished, multi-voice, multi-language natural-sounding narration from a script without a mic session or audio editing. You write or import a script, pick voice(s), set emotions, language and so on, and VoiceTalker reads it aloud while the teleprompter scrolls in time with the actual audio.
How it evolved:
Voice direction, not just a voice. Eight Voice Style controls (tone, pacing, emotion, emphasis, pauses and more), set for the whole script or overridden line by line.
28 languages. Pick a language and the spoken narration and the on-screen text translate together.
"Me" mode. Mix AI lines with lines you read yourself. The runner holds and tells you when it's your turn.
Screen recording built in. Record your screen with the narration as the runner plays, and save the MP4 straight to your computer.
Stitch a run into one MP3. Every narrated line from a run is stitched into a single audio file.
