I built Voice Planner around a simple problem: capturing or managing a task in Notion often means stopping what you’re doing, opening an app, finding the right database, and typing it in.
Voice Planner connects Alexa with Notion so you can manage your tasks using your voice instead.
You can add new tasks, hear what’s coming up, mark tasks as completed, and delete tasks. Your tasks stay directly inside your Notion workspace, where they can be organized by date, time, priority, and category.
The idea is simple: when something comes to mind, you shouldn’t have to interrupt what you’re doing just to capture it. Say “Alexa, open Voice Planner” and manage your Notion tasks hands-free.
Voice Planner is especially aimed at people who already use Notion as their task system and want a faster way to capture and manage tasks throughout the day.
