Most language apps help you read and listen. But the hardest part? Actually speaking. Voice flips it. Your AI tutor, Mira, calls you on your phone and helps you practice speaking in real conversations, anytime, anywhere. No screens. No typing. Just speaking. Practice while cooking, commuting, or living your day. Stop just learning a language. Start speaking it.
I’m Jay, and I’m really excited to share what we’ve been building — Voice.
Like many of you, I’ve tried to learn a new language using apps. And while they’re great for reading and listening, I always got stuck at the same point:
Actually speaking.
That moment where you have to form sentences, say them out loud, and not freeze. Most apps don’t really solve for that.
So, we asked a simple question: What if practicing a language felt like a real conversation — not an app?
That’s how Voice started.
Instead of opening an app, you get a call.
Your AI tutor, Mira, calls you on your phone and you just… talk. No screens, no typing, no exercises. Just speaking.
You can practice while cooking, commuting, or doing anything else — because it fits into your day instead of asking you to sit down and “study.”
What’s been most interesting for us is how different it feels:
You’re not tapping or choosing options
You’re actually forming sentences
It feels closer to a real conversation (and that’s where learning actually happens)
We also spent a lot of time making Mira feel patient and natural — so it doesn’t feel intimidating to speak, especially as a beginner.
We’re still very early, and we’d genuinely love your feedback.
If you try it out, I’m especially curious to know:
Did it feel natural to speak this way?
Would you actually use this in your daily routine?
The phone call setup caught me off guard in a good way, felt way more natural than tapping through flashcard apps. Did a quick Spanish practice while making dinner and actually had to think on my feet.
Got Mira calling me while I made dinner and it actually felt like chatting with a patient tutor instead of drilling flashcards. Loved that it just talked back without making me stare at a screen.

Voice by Indilingo was hunted by Jay Gala. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
