Hi, Halit here, from the backend and AI side of the team.
The interesting part isn't the model, it's everything around it. Context is the scarce resource, not intelligence: a busy board holds a lot of data, and an assistant that reads all of it to answer one question is useless by the third question. Most of our time goes into what it chooses to look at.
The other half is being honest. One sentence can turn into forty writes on your board, and if three of them fail, reporting "done" is worse than useless.
What you actually see: one thread per user across WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, the Power-Up and web, so you can start on your phone and finish inside Trello. It reads the file you send it, and hands you a spreadsheet back when you ask for one.

What clicked for me was realizing the heavy work no longer depends on the interface. Bulk edits across dozens of cards, a report pulled out of a board, an automation set up, all from one message instead of clicking through the UI.
