I kept paying per-minute for hosted video platforms just to put a handful of videos online and I never really owned my content or controlled where it lived. So I built Vodstack: an open-source, self-hosted video streaming platform you run on your own infrastructure.
You upload a video, and Vodstack handles the whole pipeline for you:
