I'm a Twitch Affiliate streamer. A few months ago I realized I was
spending more time scrubbing VODs than actually improving my streams.
So I built the tool I wished existed.
Here's what VODcraft actually does — because it's way more than a
clip finder:
🎬 CLIPS — Every clip from your VOD, ranked by virality score,
categorized (Funny, Shocking, Educational, Wholesome), with a
per-clip editing timeline, b-roll cues, sound design notes, hook
variants to test, and platform-specific hashtags.
📖 STORY — Narrative arc detection. VODcraft breaks your stream into
story arcs (with emotional peaks, low points, and story beats), then
hands you a full long-form YouTube guide: opening hook, chapter
breakdown with keep/trim/cut decisions, exact "fluff to remove"
timestamps, estimated final length, and an open loop hook to tease
your next stream.
💡 INSIGHTS — Golden Nuggets (high-value moments you missed), Missed
Opportunities (things your chat wanted that you didn't follow up on),
a Better Preset Suggestion based on what actually happened in that
VOD, and Quick Wins to action before you open your editor.
📈 GROWTH — Creator tier assessment, your identified strengths,
content pillar strategy with posting frequency, stream event ideas,
challenge ideas, specific chat interaction moments (timestamped polls
