VocalOut
Offline vocal remover. No uploads, no subscription.
VocalOut turns any song on your phone into a vocal-free backing track, or pulls the vocals out, entirely offline. The AI runs on your device: no upload, no account, no ads, no credits. Choose Fast or High-quality mode, preview in the app, then export to WAV, MP3, or M4A. Processing is free and unlimited; exporting is a one-time $9.99 Pro unlock, not a subscription.
Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm the maker of VocalOut.
When I surveyed vocal remover apps, most of the established ones worked the same way: upload your song to a server, then pay a subscription or buy credits. For a job this simple, on a file you already own, that seemed like the wrong trade-off. So I built VocalOut to do the whole thing on your phone.
• Your music never leaves the device (no upload, no account)
• It works offline
• Processing is unlimited and free. You only pay once ($9.99) to export
Two modes: Fast for quick results, High-quality (several times slower) for the cleanest separation. Exports to WAV, MP3, or M4A. Available on iOS and Android.
It's built for audio files you own: your own recordings, practice tracks, karaoke.
I'd love your feedback on separation quality with your songs, and on what you'd want next. For example, splitting a duet by singer is a hard problem, and I'm curious how many people would use it.
Thanks for trying it!
