I built Vivid after getting tired of job postings that bury the real ask three paragraphs down — a title that says "Assistant" but the job is cold-calling, a salary that works out to $3/hour once you subtract self-funded transport, "competitive salary" instead of a number.
Vivid pastes over any posting and decodes it: what the role actually is vs. the title, real must-haves vs. wishlist fluff, effective hourly rate after hidden costs, buzzword-to-plain-English translations, and a score for what the listing conveniently left out (salary, hours, remote policy) — plus ready-to-send questions for the recruiter.
It's BYOK (bring your own Gemini API key, free tier works fine) — called directly from your browser, so I never see your data or your key. Try the live demo with sample postings first, no signup, or paste a real one and see it decode live. Chrome extension's in there too.
