I built this because I kept seeing the same thing: trackers congratulating people for 10,000 steps while ignoring the 10-hour standing shift they just finished.
The idea is simple: invisible effort deserves a number. Parenting, caregiving, chores, manual work — it all has a real physiological cost that fitness apps completely miss. I wanted something for the exhausted majority.
