VisaBinder
Australian partner visa evidence → four upload-ready PDFs
Home Affairs gives partner visa applicants four evidence categories and upload slots — no template, and a 5 MB cap per file most people hit the hard way. VisaBinder is the template. Import a WhatsApp export and pick the messages that matter, add photos, leases and statements, sort it into those four categories. It exports one PDF per category — coloured cover, contents page, dated items — each under 5 MB.
I'm Stephen. I built VisaBinder after watching a friend spend three weekends scanning, renaming and recompressing files for her subclass 820 — only to have half her uploads bounce off ImmiAccount's 5 MB per-file cap.
The frustrating part for her is she already had the evidence. Years of WhatsApp, photos, leases, joint statements. What she didn't have was anything telling her what shape to put it in. Home Affairs gives you four evidence categories and a set of upload slots, and that's it. No template, no example of what finished looks like.
So VisaBinder is the template. Import your WhatsApp export and pick the messages worth including, drop in photos and PDFs, sort everything into the four categories. It generates one PDF per category — cover, table of contents, dated items — each compressed under 5 MB so it uploads first go.
