I built ViperOS after noticing most freelancer portfolio templates are just a homepage — no way to actually turn a visitor into a client. This one bundles a proposal template, a cold outreach system, and a contact form that actually notifies you, all in one file.
Would love feedback — especially from anyone who's tried building their own portfolio + outreach setup before.
Love the terminal aesthetic for a freelancer portfolio, feels niche in the best way. One thing I'd suggest is adding a built-in testimonial rotator that pulls from Google reviews or X mentions via a simple webhook, since social proof is usually the thing clients ask for after the cold email lands. Would close the loop on the whole client journey you are setting up.
The cold email scripts are a smart touch. One thing that would make this even more useful is a simple A/B testing log for subject lines — even a basic table where you can track which ones got opened and which got ignored. That kind of data would help refine the outreach over time.
The terminal aesthetic is super cool, but it might scare off less technical clients when you send them the proposal. Could you add a toggle that switches the whole thing to a cleaner light mode just for the proposal pages? That way the code-y vibe stays for your portfolio but the actual quote they sign off on looks more traditional and trustworthy.

A built-in analytics dashboard showing which cold emails actually convert into replies or paying clients would be a great add, helps freelancers figure out what subject lines and pitches actually work instead of guessing.
