Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Emiliano, co-founder of 4GO FourTravel, a family-run travel agency in Italy. We built Violetta because our clients kept asking us the same questions mid-trip — "what should I pack?", "where can I eat nearby?", "what's the story behind this building?" — and we wanted an assistant that actually knows their specific trip, not generic travel advice.
What makes it different: Violetta reads the real booking documents (flights, hotels, itineraries) for each traveler, so answers are grounded in their actual trip — and it's honest when it doesn't know something, handing off to our human team instead of guessing.
The feature we're proudest of: on our Concierge tier, Violetta can call a local restaurant on the traveler's behalf, speak the local language, handle dietary restrictions, and confirm a real reservation.
