ViolationFlow
HOA violation case tracking for self-managed boards
ViolationFlow gives self-managed HOA and condo boards one dated record for every violation and ARC case. Send templated email notices, capture photo evidence and owner responses, track escalations and fines, import lots by CSV, and export audit-ready PDF timelines. The free plan covers 10 lots and 5 active cases.
I built ViolationFlow after seeing small, self-managed associations juggle violation notices across inboxes, spreadsheets, and PDFs. The goal is simple: one case per lot, one dated timeline, and clear board approval before escalations or fines. It includes logged email notices, photo evidence, loginless owner responses, CSV import, dashboards, and PDF exports. I’d especially value feedback from HOA and condo board members and community managers on the workflow and what evidence they need when a case is disputed.
