VIMANA
India's live flight tracker with 3D views and landing alerts
VIMANA is a live flight tracker built for India. See aircraft over Indian skies on a live map, open any flight for its route, timings and progress, or follow it in a 3D chase view. Search the way India flies, "Delhi to Mumbai" or "6E 2134", and get alerts when a flight departs or lands. Airport guides show lounges and which cards get you in. Free, no login, and honest: estimated positions are clearly marked.
Hello,
I created VIMANA to make following a flight in India simpler and more reliable. Whether one is travelling or meeting someone at arrivals, see aircrafts over Indian skies on a live map, open any flight for its route, timings and progress, or follow it in a 3D chase view
VIMANA is built on three principles:
Built for its users. Every feature is designed around how people in India actually travel.
Accuracy and transparency. Information is presented clearly, and anything estimated is labelled as such.
Simplicity and speed. The experience is fast, clean and easy to use on any device.
Development involved extensive iteration: improving map performance, refining how arrivals are detected, introducing a 3D flight view, and correcting complex cases such as flights that cross midnight.
VIMANA is free to use and requires no account. I would greatly value your feedback, particularly on what would make VIMANA your first choice when you or someone close to you is travelling.
