Viktorly was built from a personal story to support people in the middle of panic and overwhelming anxiety. It combines voice-led guidance, grounding practices, journaling, and community support to help users feel less alone when they need help most.
I built Viktorly from a very personal place. After losing my dad, my life changed completely. For the first time, I experienced panic attacks and learned how terrifying it can feel when panic hits in the moment and you need support right away, not later.
What I could not find was a space that felt calm, human, and present in that exact moment. Something that would not just explain anxiety, but actually stay with you through it.
That is why I created Viktorly. It is designed to support people in the middle of panic or overwhelming anxiety with voice-led guidance, grounding practices, journaling, and community support. My goal was to make something that feels gentle, close, and available when the moment gets hard.
