Johan here, founder from Göteborg. We built Vikkla because my personal job search experience last year. It was an absolute mess.
I had 47 bookmarks of jobs I wanted to apply to. 20 versions of my CV sent to different jobs. My Notes app entry reminding me to follow up with a company I'd already applied to twice without remembering.
I looked for a tool that just... organized all of this. Teal and Huntr exist, but they're built for the US market — they don't quite fit Swedish CV conventions, and they're expensive for what I wanted to use it for.
Therefore Vikkla came into existence.
What it does:
Save jobs from any site (LinkedIn, company pages, job boards) via Chrome extension or by pasting a URL. Vikkla extracts title, company, deadline, requirements automatically.
Organize them in a kanban: Saved → To apply → Applied → Interview → Offer. Drag between columns. See your whole search in one view.
Log your applications — which CV version you sent, to whom, when. Never again "which version was that?".
Analyse jobs, CVs and cover letters with AI, optimized for ATS. Swedish and English to help you create tailored resumes for each job.
