We built this after watching local service businesses (contractors, dentists, gyms, med spas) lose customers to missed calls and slow follow-up, not because their service was bad, but because nobody could respond fast enough, every time, at every hour.
Viking's AI replies to every lead in under 60 seconds across SMS, web chat, and social, qualifies them, and books straight to the calendar. It also handles missed call recovery, review requests, and reactivating old leads that went cold.
The interesting part for us wasn't the AI itself, it was building the plumbing: every channel feeding one inbox, real business context loaded before any reply goes out, and a clean handoff to a human when a conversation needs one.
