PINOC
Video, text or one photo into 3D character animation
PINOC turns any video into 3D character animation. Record yourself on your phone or upload any clip and get skeletal animation on a Mixamo or MetaHuman rig, exported as FBX or GLB for Blender, Unity, Unreal or Maya, or as USDZ with a preview body. Or describe the move and generate it. Upload a character image and PINOC rebuilds it as an animatable Gaussian splatting character. Bring your own mesh and auto-rig it at no credit cost. Built by Viggle on JST. Free to start.
Hey PH friends! 👋 I'm Nan, I work on GTM & growth at Viggle.
PINOC is our 3D motion studio. It has been live for a while and we have shipped several iterations on it, most of them driven by animators and game devs telling us what broke. This is the version we finally wanted to put in front of you properly.
It does 2 things:
1. Character animation, for the pipeline you already have.
A mocap studio day runs $2,000 to $3,000, a Rokoko Smartsuit Pro II is $2,295 before you add gloves, and hand-keying one walk cycle eats a day. PINOC takes a clip you already have, phone footage included, and gives you back 3D skeletal animation in about a minute. If the move exists on no footage anywhere, describe it in text and it generates instead. Both are built on our in-house motion model.
You can also bring your own character. Upload a mesh and PINOC rigs it, or maps your existing rig if it already has one. Auto rig and retarget are completely free. Motion and character both come out as FBX or GLB on a Mixamo or MetaHuman rig, easy for you to drop in Blender, Unity, Unreal or Maya.
2. Gaussian characters, which are genuinely new. Gaussian splatting is mostly used for static characters and scenes. Ours come with a skeleton and facial expression, so you can build one from a single photo and put motion on it. Animatable Gaussian humans have been in some research papers, and as far as we can tell nobody has shipped one in a product. If that is wrong I would rather find out in this thread than anywhere else.
An MCP server and agent skills are the next to ship!
Try it and tell us what you think. Every version so far came from this kind of feedback, so leave it in the thread and we will read all of it. 🙏

Who hunted PINOC?
PINOC was hunted by Nan Ha. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
