I’m the solo founder behind VIDI.
I started working on this after noticing a pattern: people don’t actually read contracts until the last moment - right before signing.
And even when they do, the biggest risks often don’t look risky. They look like standard clauses, but can end up costing a lot later.
So instead of building a “contract analysis tool”, I focused on one question:
“What in this contract could actually cost you money?”
That’s what VIDI tries to answer.
