The idea came from a problem I kept seeing everywhere.
People want to create content consistently, but the process is exhausting.
Write a script.
Generate a voiceover.
Find images.
Edit everything together.
Add subtitles.
Export.
Repeat.
Even with AI tools, you still end up juggling 5 to 10 different apps.
I wanted one place where someone could go from a simple idea to a finished short video in minutes.
That's why I built VideoXO.

Building this has been a huge learning experience. I rewrote parts of the pipeline multiple times, experimented with different AI models, optimized generation costs, and focused on making the workflow feel as simple as possible.
This is just the beginning. I already have a long roadmap with features like custom avatars, multiple video styles, better editing controls, and team collaboration.
