Hey everyone, I built VidaNu because every calorie tracker I’d tried died the same way. Not because it didn’t work, but because manually searching a food database every time I ate something was tedious enough that I’d quit within a week.
So I built something where you log by photo or barcode instead, and the AI handles the macro breakdown. There’s also a coaching chat that adjusts your plan based on what you’ve logged, rather than you having to interpret graphs yourself.
This is a solo build and a genuinely new launch. I don’t have a big user base to point to yet, so I’d rather hear honest feedback than praise. If you try it, I’d love to know, does the photo/barcode logging actually save you time, does the coaching feature feel useful or like a bolt-on, and what makes you close the app in the first five minutes (because something probably will).
