Mumbled words, fast talkers, unfamiliar accents — the moment's gone, so I drag the progress bar back and listen again. And again. Sometimes I still can't make out what was said. Transcription tools should solve this, but most of them only listen to the audio. So the exact words you couldn't hear are exactly the words they get wrong — and a bad transcript just sends you back to scrubbing. So Vid2notes also watches.
