Shipping got cheap. With a coding agent, I was launching something new every few weeks. What didn't scale was paying attention. My projects weren't failing loudly. They went quiet: a signup button broken on Safari, a user writing "export is broken" that I read eleven days later. Didn't expect cookie consent checks in an ops dashboard, but that's actually a nice addition. Easy to overlook those things when you're busy shipping new projects. Nice work on this!
