I'm Sufyan, the maker of Viadence.
For years I built RidePress, a WordPress booking plugin for chauffeur and airport transfer companies. The same complaints kept coming back: plugin updates breaking sites, hosting headaches, and owners still taking half their bookings over WhatsApp at 2 a.m.
So I rebuilt it as a hosted product. A chauffeur company signs up, adds its cars and rates, and gets:
Its own booking page. Share the link or embed it on the company's website.
Exact fares from its own rules. Distance and hourly rates, minimum fares, surcharges and child seats. The price the customer sees is the price they pay.
No double bookings. Availability checks every car and driver.
Card payments and deposits paid straight into the company's own Stripe. We never take a cut of fares.
A dashboard and driver app on the web, iOS and Android.
There's a free plan with 10 bookings a month and no card needed. Pro is $28/month.
