I started VisionaryHire as a recruitment consultancy, and I kept hitting the same wall — small staffing agencies and HR teams in India were still shortlisting candidates in spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads, matching resumes to JDs by hand, and losing good candidates simply because the process was too slow. That frustration is what became VHiMS. It's not meant to replace a recruiter's judgment — it's built to take the repetitive matching and screening work off their plate so they can spend their time actually talking to people, not sorting through resumes. Early versions were a lot more rigid — pure keyword matching that missed good candidates constantly. The biggest shift in building this was moving toward JD-mapped evaluation that surfaces why a candidate is a fit, not just a match score, because recruiters told us they didn't trust a black-box score they couldn't explain to a client. Would love feedback from anyone running a staffing agency or in-house HR team — especially on what's still manual for you that shouldn't be.
