Vertex Strength Lab
The free social workout tracker that analyses performance
The free social workout tracker for the gym: estimated-1RM trends, the Vertex Index, free fitness advice, workout plans and a feed for your crew. All within a minimalist & aesthetic UI.
Most workout apps are good at logging and quiet about what it means. I wanted one that tells you whether the work is actually adding up, and what to change when it isn't.
What's inside:
Estimated 1RM for every lift and muscle. Set a target and see the date you'll hit it.
The Vertex Index: one 0–100 score from five factors, weighted to your goal.
A coach the offers advice backed by real scientific studies
A Lock Screen rest timer, so you never unlock your phone between sets.
A feed and gym leaderboards for training with friends.
It's free, including the analytics. On iOS today; Android is in review on Google Play.
I'd love honest feedback, especially on the coach: which advice felt useful, and which felt off?
