We built VerifiableContract to make contract management simpler with AI. It extracts key clauses, identifies risks, answers questions in plain English, and helps with drafting, reviews, and approvals. It's easy to use and works with tools like Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox, helping legal and procurement teams spend less time on repetitive work and more time making decisions.
The idea for VerifiableContract came from a simple observation: despite the importance of contracts, many organizations still manage them through a mix of emails, PDFs, shared drives, and spreadsheets. Finding a single clause, tracking renewals, or checking compliance often meant hours of manual work, and even then, important details could be missed.
We wanted to build something that didn't just store contracts but actually understood them. Instead of treating contracts as static documents, we wanted AI to extract key clauses, identify risks, compare agreements against internal playbooks, and let users ask questions in plain English.
The goal was to make contract intelligence accessible to legal, procurement, and business teams alike, not just legal experts.
As we worked on the product, we realized that accuracy alone wasn't enough. The platform also had to fit into existing workflows instead of forcing companies to change how they work. That led us to focus on integrations with cloud storage, support for multiple document formats, AI-assisted drafting and redlining, and an interface that remains simple even though there's a lot happening behind the scenes.
Our vision has always been to reduce the time spent on repetitive contract work so teams can focus on negotiation, decision-making, and growing the business. We're excited to launch VerifiableContract and would love to hear how you think AI can further improve the contract lifecycle.
