Venture-Ops is an open-source, local AI fundraising system for founders. Scan real-fit investors, refresh your deck against your live website, draft target-specific applications, and track your pipeline — all from your AI coding CLI. A filter, not a spam bot.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built Venture-Ops because raising a round felt like the exact opposite of how I build software: scattered deck versions, a spreadsheet of VCs I half-remembered, and generic applications fired off into the void.
So I turned my AI coding CLI into a fundraising operating system. Venture-Ops runs locally on top of Claude Code (or any AI coding agent) and helps you:
🔎 Scan investors, accelerators, and grants that actually fit your stage, sector, and geography — with the “why this firm” reasoning attached, not just a list of names
🪄 Refresh your deck against your live website and flag stale claims and missing proof before an investor does
🎯 Draft target-specific applications, intros, and follow-ups instead of copy-paste boilerplate
📊 Track the whole pipeline in plain Markdown you own
The principle behind it: it’s a filter, not a spam bot. A handful of high-fit, high-context conversations beats blasting 200 cold emails. The agent sharpens your raise — you stay in control of everything that actually gets sent.
It’s open source (MIT), your data never leaves your machine, and it’s free.
