How it works:
1. Search profile. Upload your CV or answer a few questions: roles, level, salary, limits, target companies.
2. Matches with reasons. Every role is checked as still open and gets a tier from S to D, one sentence on why it fits, and the single blocker. You see where your time goes before you spend it.
3. Drafts from your real experience. Cover letters, form answers and a CV tailored to the role are built only from what you've actually done. Nothing invented, and your master CV stays as it is.
4. The people who hire. Vega looks for the hiring manager or recruiter in open sources and shows an email only after it passes a deliverability check.
5. One-click submit, on your terms. The Chrome extension fills Greenhouse and Lever forms, shows you exactly what will be sent, and presses Submit only after you confirm. It never sends anything on its own.
6. Interviews. A brief for each interview, built from that application: likely questions, STAR stories from your experience, questions to ask. Afterwards, upload the recording for a debrief. The audio is deleted right after transcription.
