Vector ToDo connects task management and notes in a single data layer — so your thinking and your work live together, not in separate silos. Built on a real productivity framework (not just another list), it gives your work direction, not just storage. Tasks have context. Notes have purpose. And you stop losing ideas between five different apps. Free to use. Built solo. Part of a bigger ecosystem coming soon. Try it and tell me what's missing.
My life used to live across Notion, Todoist, and Miro. Notes in one place, tasks in another, visual planning in a third. Every morning started with tab-switching. Every flight killed half my tools because nothing worked offline properly. Every "what did I actually do this week?" turned into a manual data-merge across three apps.
I tried to escape into Notion fully — spent weeks building my own system instead of working. Tried Things 3 — beautiful, but solo, no team, no collaboration. Tried Asana — corporate, but notes live somewhere else entirely.
So we sat down and wrote what I actually wanted: tasks, notes, and a visual canvas in one place. Offline-first, so flights and metros stop being dead zones. Real-time collaboration when the team is online. AI with BringYourOwnAgent (advanced MCP), not a ChatGPT wrapper.
So we built it. Vector ToDo. Web app is live today. Native desktop and mobile apps are in active development.
Some edges are rough, some features are still cooking. But it's the tool I live in every day — the one I couldn't find anywhere else.
Roast me, please. Especially the harsh feedback. I'll answer everything in the thread.
