¡Hola, comunidad de Product Hunt! 👋
Soy Alfonso, fundador de Varder.
La idea nació al ver de cerca un problema muy simple pero costoso para barberías, spas y salones en Latinoamérica: la mayoría siguen agendando citas por WhatsApp o llamadas, a mano, sin ningún sistema. Eso significa citas dobles, clientes que no llegan, horas perdidas confirmando turnos uno por uno, y dueños de negocio que terminan siendo su propia recepcionista.
Las herramientas que ya existían (como Booksy o Fresha) están pensadas para otros mercados, no hablan el idioma de nuestros negocios ni se sienten hechas para cómo realmente opera un barbero o esteticista en Colombia, México o España. Así que decidí construir algo diferente: una plataforma en español, pensada desde cero para el sector de belleza y bienestar en Latinoamérica.
Lo que más ha evolucionado durante el desarrollo es el enfoque en WhatsApp. Al principio pensamos en un modelo clásico de "app + link de reservas", pero al hablar con los negocios nos dimos cuenta de que sus clientes viven en WhatsApp, así que integramos un chatbot que permite agendar, reagendar y recibir recordatorios directamente ahí — sin fricción, sin descargar nada.
Hoy Varder ya tiene más de 150 negocios usando la plataforma, con un plan gratuito real (no un trial disfrazado) y planes pagos para quienes necesitan más profesionales y funciones.
