I built VapeShift after quitting vaping myself and being frustrated that every app just showed a number. I wanted to actually feel the progress — my body healing, my savings growing, my streak climbing.
So I built the app I wished I'd had: a recovery timeline, a money-saved counter, Panic Mode for the moment a craving hits, and a Shift Fund that turns the money you'd spend on a vape into real savings.
The constraint I set myself: zero running costs and total privacy. It's 100% on-device — no account, no servers, no data collection — which means it stays free forever and your quit journey is yours alone.
