Vanta is a private Markdown notes & GTD app for iPhone, and its AI runs entirely on your phone. Ramble a note and it turns into clean Markdown. Tap Clarify and it sorts your whole GTD inbox into Next Actions, Waiting For, Someday, and more. Nothing's uploaded. Start with a local vault (no account, no servers), then sync with iCloud or your own private GitHub. Obsidian-compatible, so the same vault opens on your Mac. No subscription.
I built Vanta because the ideal Obsidian mobile client that uses an AI-based GTD workflow didn't exist. I found myself manually doing much of this with Claude Code and my Obsidian vault on Github. So I mostly built Vanta to solve my own problem, but I have a feeling others would find it useful as well. I plan on continuing to improve it and make it smarter. The ultimate goal is it'll process your GTD inbox for you :)
