I've been playing Valorant for a while and kept hitting the same wall a lot of players do, I could see my stats were bad but had no idea why or what specifically to fix. Existing stat sites like tracker.gg show you the numbers but leave you to figure out the rest yourself. I wanted something that could actually look at my K/D, headshot %, map win rates and agent pool and tell me "here's exactly what's holding you back and here's what to do about it."
The original idea was just an AI coaching tool. You enter your Riot ID, it pulls your stats, Claude analyzes them and gives you specific actionable tips, not "improve your aim" but "your headshot % on Vandal is 11%, which means you're spraying at range instead of tapping. Do 15 minutes of Gridshot precision daily and only pull the trigger when your crosshair is already on a head." That specificity is what I felt was missing everywhere else.
The scope grew from there. Once the core coaching feature worked I started adding everything I personally wished existed in one place, a crosshair creator, pro settings database, agent guides, lineup tool, smurf detector, pre-game scout, playstyle DNA analysis. It turned into a full toolkit rather than just a stats tracker.
The biggest evolution in the process was learning how much friction kills a product. Early on I required an account just to search for your stats, which is completely backwards for a stats site. People want to see results first and sign up second. Removing that barrier made the whole experience feel immediately useful instead of demanding trust upfront.
