I'm a solo developer, and utilisio started because I kept running into the same problem: I'd need to convert a file, decode a JWT, or hash a string, and I'd end up jumping between different websites and uploading my data every time.
After doing that one too many times, I decided to build the toolbox I wished already existed.
utilisio brings 55 tools together in one place. No account, no limits, and almost everything runs directly in your browser. Your files stay on your device, and every tool tells you exactly whether your data stays local or not.
Funny enough, this had been on my "I'll build it someday" list for years. Claude Code finally gave me the push to start. It helped me write a lot of the code, but every tool was designed, reviewed, and tested by me before shipping.

the terminal-style UI is a really nice touch, honestly. one thing i'd love is a way to pin favorite tools to the sidebar so i dont have to hit cmd k every single time for the converters i use daily
