I'm Svitlana, and I'm building useTavio.
The idea came from a simple, frustrating pattern I kept seeing in small companies: they don't have a dedicated HR person. HR just becomes "that thing someone kind of handles" - spread across a spreadsheet for time off, a chat for sick days, a doc for onboarding, a separate tool for payroll, and a survey once a year.
Nothing is broken exactly. It's just scattered across five or six tools, and slowly it stops being anybody's job.
Most HR software doesn't help here - it's built for 200+ employees, or sold as six separate subscriptions that cost a fortune for a team of 15.
So we built useTavio: one HR platform for teams of 5–50. Hiring, time off, time tracking, payroll and engagement - all in one product, one price for the whole team (not per seat), every module included.
