Congrats to my friends at Userlist. They're launching a big redesign with a big purpose - empower marketers to do complex automations, while enjoying their experience.
You can go as geeky as you want with their automation tools. The full backstory on their redesign is here: https://userlist.com/blog/how-we...
Congrats on the launch đ Looks amazing, great taste of design. Canât wait to give it a spin!
The visual journey builder combined with conversion goals makes a lot of sense. Instead of just blasting emails, you can think in terms of outcomes and design the path toward them. Iâve always believed that marketing should be about nudging users to success, and this approach aligns perfectly with that philosophy.
Making complex automation actually fun? Thatâs no small feat. Wishing you all the best!
I truly appreciate how this emphasizes sophisticated segmentation and procedures at the corporate level. An excessive number of email features are limited to individual users, which isn't ideal for SaaS accounts with numerous seats. For marketing teams, being able to create journeys that mirror actual business activity and establish conversion goals seems like a huge step forward.
SaaS products like mine, most value comes at the account level rather than the individual user level. Can you share how flexible the targeting is here, for example, can workflows trigger based on account activity (like âno team logins in 7 daysâ) instead of just individual actions?
Big congrats on the redesign Userlist team đ Weâve been using Userlist at HelpDocs for a while now and itâs honestly one of those tools that makes running a SaaS a lot less stressful.
The new design and logo look fantastic. Super clean and easy to get around, and I love the wacky illustrations.
Congrats on the redesign, Jane & team đ Love how youâre leaning into making advanced email journeys actually enjoyable, I feel thatâs rare in this space.
Weâve been exploring something similar with Escape Velocity AI (different domain, strategy planning), and Iâve found that when the UX feels smooth, people actually stick with the âhardâ but valuable work.
Whatâs been the biggest aha moment from early user testing of the new flows?
So good, congrats. Love the messaging and design. Feels like a breath of fresh air in SaaS.
Congrats! This redesign is so cool and clean! Iâm absolutely in love with every detail here!
Congratulations @uibreakfast and @benediktdeicke & team ! The app looks fantastic and I love the new website design. Well done!
Looks like a solid product! Curious about how accurate the customer lists are thoughâthis has always been a pain point for my team in email marketing. Also wondering how it compares in conversion rates to similar tools.
Whoa, real-time SaaS data combined with visual automation? Thatâs the combo Iâve been missing for crafting user journeysâseriously, hats off to the team for making behavior-based flows actually doable!
Congrats on the launch! The ability to create behavior-based email campaigns and in-app messages may significantly improve SaaS onboarding process and user retention. Expect to see more SaaS marketers using it!
Is it something like MailerLite or Beehiiv? What makes you different from them?
Congrats on the launch! The redesign looks super polished, and I really like how youâve leaned into making complex automations feel approachable. Excited to see how people put this to use!
