Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m excited to launch UsePWA today.
UsePWA helps website owners turn their existing websites into installable Progressive Web Apps without dealing with manifests, service workers, push notification setup, hosting, or app-store style friction.
The idea came from a simple problem: many businesses already have a useful website, but they still miss out on the engagement benefits of having an app-like experience. Building a native mobile app is often too expensive, too slow, or unnecessary — especially when the website itself already works well.
With UsePWA, verified website owners can create a branded, installable PWA, manage the app experience, send push notifications, and track installs and engagement from one place.
We built it for founders, small businesses, agencies, ecommerce stores, SaaS products, communities, and content platforms that want an app-like presence without starting from scratch.
The product is live and already in use. We’d love your feedback, especially around the onboarding flow, PWA generation experience, and what features you’d expect next.
Thanks for checking it out 🙌
