Useless Achievements
Earn ridiculous digital awards, build an unnecessary streak!
Signup, get your own account. Track daily useless achievements on your own dashboard. See the entire collection of what you can unlock against what you have unlocked. And compare your streak against other users on the Leaderboard.
Useless Achievements started as a little one-page experiment: click a button, get a completely pointless achievement, laugh, and move on with your life.
Naturally, I took that simple idea and massively over-engineered it.
Over the past year, it has grown into a full app with accounts, daily achievements, collections, streaks, a leaderboard, Pro subscriptions, and themed achievement packs.
Why? Because apparently earning an achievement for doing absolutely nothing is even better when you can save it, collect it, compare it with other people, and come back tomorrow to do it again.
The original idea is still intact: Useless Achievements is not trying to make you more productive, improve your habits, or optimize your morning routine.
It just celebrates the tiny, ridiculous, completely unnecessary things we all do.
It now just has authentication, subscriptions, databases, leaderboards, and significantly more infrastructure than that idea has any right to require.

Who hunted Useless Achievements?
Useless Achievements was hunted by David Chambers. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
