I'm Sascha, one of the two developers behind UrNextCommit. My friend and I built this after she went through the tech job hunt herself – and found the experience genuinely painful.
The problems she kept running into:
Job listings scattered across 5+ platforms
Rewriting the same application for every role
No single place to track where you applied
Platforms built for HR, not for engineers
So we built something we'd actually want to use.

One thing we were very intentional about: this is NOT a "spam-apply to 500 jobs" tool. The AI gives you a strong starting draft, but you review and edit everything before sending. Quality over quantity.
We're two developers with no marketing budget etc – just two people who wanted the job hunt to suck less.
