Hi everyone! I’m the maker of https://urlto.video 👋
I kept seeing the same problem: you already have a website or landing page, but turning it into a decent promo video still takes a lot of time.
So I built urlto.video — a tool that lets you paste a URL and generate a video from it.
Instead of starting from a blank page, it uses the content of your website to help create a script, scenes, visuals, and voiceover, so you can get a first version much faster.
I made it for:
indie hackers launching products
marketers making quick promo content
founders who want videos for socials/ads
agencies that need faster content production
This is still an early version, and I’m actively improving it based on real use cases.
