I’m Myles, maker of Ember EV and now Upside News UK.
In the last few years, it’s been crisis after crisis, and what always struggles to come through? Anything positive.
This has affected my mental health, and I’m sure it’s affected others.
My aim is to break that negative cycle. Powered by machine learning models, Upside learns from your preferences to deliver positive news to you from across the UK. It’s also looking for the patterns, to improve what gets shown in future.
It aggregates across a bunch of different sites and uses the machine learning model to classify good and bad news.
