I built this after reading through the Trustpilot reviews for the big QR code generators. They are brutal, and it is almost always the same story: someone printed 500 menus, and the codes stopped working when a trial ended.
Here is why that happens. Most "free" QR generators hand you a dynamic code. The image points at their server, which redirects to your real URL. Stop paying and they flip the switch, so your printed sign becomes a dead link and the only fix is reprinting.
