Most online experiences are fragmented across websites, Zoom, Discord, livestreaming platforms, and separate business tools. BAWES brings them together as an open-source spatial internet that people can actually enter.
Anyone can create and brand their own Universe, organize it into Worlds and Rooms, then use those spaces for work, education, events, shopping, entertainment, gaming, or community. People move through the environment as avatars, meet through proximity-based video and spatial audio, collaborate, present, and stream. AI agents can live alongside them and use MCP servers to connect with real tools, services, and data.
It’s for startups, businesses, creators, educators, and communities that want to give their people an interactive online home instead of another collection of disconnected pages and apps.
