Hi, I’m Michael, maker of Underdogs Map!
Five months ago, I built the first version with a simple goal: to map successful tech companies from Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The region’s tech ecosystem is still young, so its success stories are fewer - and much harder to discover - than in hubs like San Francisco, New York, or London.
But when I published the map, I realized people didn’t just want to discover these companies. They wanted to know which ones they can join.
But startup roles are scattered across hundreds of career pages. And existing job boards are dominated by outsourcing (the big problem in this part of the world)/
So Underdogs Map evolved into a personal startup job feed. Today, it brings together 6,000+ open roles from companies from or in CEE. You can filter them by role, seniority, location, work style, company stage, and sector, then save your preferences as a personal feed.
There is a lot more on the roadmap: 1000+ more companies, personalized weekly email, BigTech and AI lab roles (for those who want them too)
