You know those first few moments of absolute bliss when you come up with a new project idea. One of the first things you always want to do is secure an awesome domain name. You find one eventually and hit buy.
You start hacking on the project, but eventually, you stop working on it.
But what about that domain name? It just sits around, parked, in your cloudflare/godaddy/porkbun/... registrar as a reminder of your failure.
I wanna change that with https://undeaddomains.com. I want builders to be proud of their failures, and be able to find new owners for their unused domains.
Let me show you how we're changing the status quo:
💀 Domain parking sites and forms convert notoriously bad
✅ Our link in bio profiles don't, it's a public page that you're able to customize and add your socials, people are going to contact you via your preferred contact method
💀 Registrars take a cut on each sale
✅ we don't, and won't. We plan to monetize via paid plans that are going to offer additional premium features like AI/semantic search and improved analytics (early adopters will get these features for free)
💀 Discovering new domains sucks
✅ in addition to a streamlined full text search we will soon offer semantic search (feature is ready, and will be unlocked after more people signed up) leaderboards on a dataset of domains submitted by builders, for builders

I have at least 5 unused domains waiting for something that will never happen. I'm sure you have some too. If not you're not a maker!
