They let you skip. They give you second chances. They try to motivate you when you don’t feel like it.
It never worked for me.
So I made something simpler:
one habit, every day, no skips.
If you miss a day — you start over.
No streak freezes. No rescue buttons. No negotiation.
It’s not for everyone. It’s for people who want structure instead of motivation.
